From the
north or south: take I-5 to the 99-70 turnoff (just north of
I-80). From Hwy. 70, exit at Marcum Road; from Hwy. 99 watch for the
Lake Minden sign near Nicolaus.
The Campground has one
of the cleanest restrooms with full shower
facilities around.Tent camping is great and the Garden
home rentals

available but do go fast call early for reservations.

Summer
days can get quite warm, reaching 100+ degrees, while nights range from about
70 -90. The lake is flat all summer and is a great place to race model boats.
